Would you like to enjoy an active, varied holiday on Spain's Costa Brava? With a pool, relaxing beach excursions and lots of ball and outdoor sports? Then Camping Mas Patoxas is the place for you. Only six kilometres from the sea, in the idyllic landscape of the Quermany mountains.

Whether you are a footballer, basketball player or (beach) volleyball player – if you prefer small felt balls, play a tennis match with your partner. Or prove your skill by sinking the black eight ball into the hole in the large pool room. You can have great and relaxed fun with the whole family or your camping neighbours on the boules court.

You can swim in the elegant pool with its shallow area and wide water slide, or in less than 10 minutes by car to the beach coves of Pals. Does your family love nature? Especially the youngest visitors will enjoy the donkeys, ponies, ducks and pygmy goats in the petting zoo. Even a tortoise feels at home here!

Hiking or mountain biking on the Costa Brava? Sure, the Mediterranean forest and maquis landscape üsurprises with flowering wild trees and dreamlike panoramic views to the sea. You can enjoy this, for example, on the well-signposted hike no. 224 to the Quermany lookout point. Or you can combine a day at the beach in Begur, four kilometres away, with a shopping spree and a walk up to the castle. The medieval castle ruins stand guard on a rock above the picturesque bay.

Palafrugell, with its beautiful botanical gardens overlooking the sea, is also less than ten minutes away by car. Marvel at the spectacular art sculptures in the Can Mario Museum, or visit the Cork Museum. It is located in a factory building that is over 100 years old and was built in the Catalan Modernist style. A world-famous example of this revolutionary architectural style is Antoni Gaud's Sagrada Familia Cathedral in Barcelona, 120 kilometres away.

Take advantage of Mas Patoxas for a varied holiday – less than an hour's drive from the French border and the historic old town of Girona. In this large, modern camping park you can book the bungalow or mobile home that suits your family perfectly. With a bathroom, comfortable beds in the parents' and children's bedrooms, living and kitchen area and a large terrace. Here you can enjoy relaxing siestas, family breakfasts and dinners or game nights with your partner and children. The cosy terraces in front of the accommodations are usually partially shaded by a sun canopy or small B&&rsqu;ums. WiFi is also available, of course.
