Beach camping and many sports facilities on the island of Rab

Poplars and Mediterranean pines dot the 15-hectare park area that stretches across an Adriatic bay on the Rab peninsula of Lopar. The hit for kids and their parents is the natural sandy beach. It is about 1.5 kilometres long, falls mostly shallowly into the water and is rightly called Rajska Plaža (Paradise Beach). Here you can splash around, snorkel in the clear, clean water, windsurf or go boating. Maybe you'd like to play a game of beach volleyball or laze in the sun? If you like, you can have a cocktail and enjoy the view of the bay, the offshore island and the marina. If you want to stroll through the alleys of the old town, explore the island's capital Rab, 12 kilometres away.

Enjoy with all your senses on a family holiday at San Marino Camping Resort

Ideal, also for the early and late season: you can relax to your heart's content in the wellness centre with whirlpool. Or you can let yourself be pampered with a beauty treatment. For sustenance, you can enjoy seafood, pasta, snacks and more in one of the on-site restaurants or at the bar. You can also stock up on regional delicacies in one of the shops and cook for yourself in the well-equipped kitchen of the mobile homes. The air-conditioned luxury caravans are usually located between small B&Bs and hedges, on very well-kept pitches. Getting to Rab is easy: the ferry from Mišnjak to Stinica takes less than twenty minutes. You can also go to Valbiska on the neighbouring island of Krk (accessible via a bridge). From there, the ferry will take you directly to the Lopar peninsula in about 80 minutes.
