On the campsite

La ferme du Bord de Mer**

  • directly at the sea
  • many possibilities for excursions
  • small and family campsite

Discover the Val de Saire, the English Channel and Normandy

The landing beaches ( D-DAY ) of the Allies, the museum "La Cité de la Mer" in Cherbourg or one of the Channel Islands like Guernsey or Jersey are very interesting destinations! But Normandy has so much more to offer. The numerous hiking and cycling trails along the coast, the beautiful landscape, but also for people who need a little more action, the region offers plenty, such as all kinds of water sports. An "insider tip" and only a 15-minute walk from Camping La ferme du Bord de Mer is St. Vaast la Hougue and its Vauban towers, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. And the second highest lighthouse in France is just opposite the campsite.

Beaches, cycling, hiking, history, fishing and water sports...

Camping La ferme du Bord de Mer** is located directly by the sea in a nature reserve on an old farm. Guests with tents, camper vans or caravans can enjoy a quiet and family holiday here. Rental accommodation such as mobile homes or "Coco Sweet" bungalow tents are also available for guests to choose from. The campsite "La Ferme du Bord de Mer" has a playground and a games room with table football, pinball and table tennis. Children particularly enjoy feeding the rabbits, pygmy goats, donkeys and chickens in the small petting zoo... Two boules lanes are waiting for targeted throws. In high season, the campsite rents out bicycles, paddles and single or double kayaks. In addition, a bar and café await holidaymakers, as well as a grocery shop where they can buy bread and pastries (to order out of season), ice cream, confectionery, frozen food and convenience. In the evening, even without a mobile internet flat rate, you can tell those at home about your great experiences, thanks to the Wi-Fi hotspot throughout the campsite.
